  • An organised coordinator with excellent administrative skills and strong attention to detail.
  • A confident communicator who can build positive relationships with colleagues, learners, parents, carers and external agencies.
  • A proactive problem solver who can manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate records in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities for the role:

  • Coordinate and administer Learning Support systems and processes, including Local Authority consultations and learner support documentation.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records to support statutory compliance, quality assurance activities, and reporting requirements.
  • Provide high-quality administrative support to the Head of High Needs and Inclusion and Learning Support teams, liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely communication and effective support for learners
  • Plan and deliver engaging and effective campaigns
  • Create outstanding content to support our customers journey
