Bentley Heath CE Primary School

Administration Officer – 3 days per week, term time only (38 weeks) Maternity cover 17th June 2024 until 12th April 2025

Hours - 21 hours a week, 7 hours a day, 8.30am - 4.00pm (30 minutes unpaid lunch break), Wednesday, Thursday and Friday

Salary Band/Range: Point 5 FTE £23,500 (Actual £11,339)

Bentley Heath CE Primary School are seeking to appoint an experienced, enthusiastic and motivated individual to cover a maternity leave in the role of Administration Officer in our busy School Office. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for all visitors to the school so excellent communication skills and the ability to offer a warm welcome are a must. You will be supporting staff, pupils and parents with all administrative aspects of school life.

Reporting to the Office Manager you will be:

- Proactive

- Flexible

- Able to multi-task and work on your own initiative

- Have a high level of IT literacy and the ability to pick up new systems quickly

- Have a commitment to promote and safeguard the welfare of children
