This is a Permanent Post - 36.25 hours per week / Grade: L4, points 9 - 14 / Monday - Friday, 8:30am to - 4.15pm / Term Time + 10 days (including 5 INSET Days)

We are looking for an organised and enthusiastic Administration Officer to join our busy school office. This is a varied role at the heart of school life, covering admissions, attendance, pupil records and supporting families. Our office team is at the heart of the school - ensuring everything runs smoothly day-to-day and that children, families and staff are fully supported. From admissions and attendance to safeguarding and data management, the work you do helps to keep our children safe, happy and learning.

As Administration Officer, you will take a lead role in pupil admissions, maintaining school records and supporting attendance processes. You’ll also manage key areas such as Free School Meals and Pupil Premium administration, oversee our out-of-hours care provision, and act as the school’s Data Protection Officer. It’s a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same.
