What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for an experienced Administration Officer to join our team at The Gordon Children’s Academy providing clerical and administrative support for the school. This is a varied role which encompasses;
- General administrative and Reception support.
- Preparation for school visits in liaison with the Educational Visits Coordinator.
- Supporting teaching staff in ensuring educational resources for curriculum areas are available.
The successful candidate will need to be a team player with good interpersonal skills. They will be approachable with effective communication skills both orally and in writing, and have excellent organisational and administrative skills including effective ICT skills.
Our Administration Officer may also occasionally need to work at All Faiths Children's Academy to support the Office Manager.
Hours of work 8.30 - 4.30 Monday to Thursday Friday 8.30 - 4pm
