School Administrator (with Receptionist duties)

To help us, we wish to appoint a School Administrator (with Receptionist duties), who will provide a welcoming, efficient, and professional front-of-house service for our school community. Ensuring every child, parent, and visitor receives a positive experience.
We are looking to appoint someone with the following skills:
Has a calm, patient personality, who has strong organisational and administrative skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive data appropriately
An enthusiastic, highly committed and flexible individual with excellent interpersonal skills
Commitment to working as a member of a team, and shows initiative to work independently
Ability to adapt to changing, and sometimes, challenging environment
Commitment to high professional and personal standards
