Are you looking for an admin role in an education setting?

We are recruiting an experienced Receptionist / Administration Assistant to join our team providing a comprehensive administration service for our academy. The successful candidate will be a proactive team player with experience within an office environment. You will undertake general office duties including filing, parent communications, photocopying and scanning, and will support the Office Manager with the day to day running of the office.

This is a parent facing role and you will therefore have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Our Receptionist / Administration Assistant will;

  • Be the first point of contact for parents and visitors.
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Have a good knowledge of ICT.
  • Maintain information systems, databases and other associated records.

Actual hours of work will be 8.30 am to 4.30 pm Monday to Thursday, and 8.30 am to 4.00 pm on a Friday
