What skills and experience we're looking for

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly competent Administrator to join our growing central team.

We are looking for a skilled, proactive, and organised Administration Officer to join our central team based at the Trust Head
Office in Roade. TLT is a MAT with a small central structure and a large amount of autonomy granted to its constituent schools.The post holder will play a crucial role in contributing to the smooth running of the Trusts day to day operations at the facility.

The head office hosts regular executive and operational meetings, trust training days, conferences and workshops. There areplans to increase the scope of the training provided at this venue and potential to increase external income from additionallettings and meeting space income.

This role would suit individuals with previous experience of event management, multi-faceted admin support, reception oradministration duties.

The successful candidate will:

  • have excellent organisational and IT skills
  • be personable, welcoming and able to juggle & prioritise multiple tasks at once
  • Have events management experience and potential to increase sales and bookings in this area
  • have experience in a similar environment and ideally have an understanding of the education sector
  • Be diligent, efficient, discrete and accurate in all aspects of their work
  • be required to apply for a DBS disclosure.
