St John’s School provides special education for children and young people with severe, profound and multiple learning difficulties, aged two to nineteen. We are part of Bedford Inclusive Learning and Training Trust.
We are looking to recruit a School Office Receptionist / Administrator who is friendly, enthusiastic and well organised to join our busy Admin team.
The successful candidate will provide an efficient and professional Reception service and be the first point of contact for visitors to the school and telephone callers.
This is a varied role covering a wide range of duties and can be challenging at times but is highly rewarding. If you are organised and sociable, and thrive on busy schedules where no two days are the same, this role could be you.
The post is subject to satisfactory references, social media checks, enhanced DBS & health clearance and a 6-month probationary period. Visits to the school are welcomed and encouraged.
