Contract Type: Term Time only (190 days), Part – Time
Working Pattern: 32.5 hours a week, 8:30 – 3:30 daily with 30 minutes for lunch.
Contract term: Permanent

Administrative Assistant job summary

Working alongside team members in the busy main school office and sometimes on your own in our student reception area, you will provide a high quality reception service and undertake routine clerical duties. To be successful, you must be numerate and have good written and speaking skills. It is desirable that you have a GCSE (at least Grade C) in English and Maths or the equivalent. You must be able to use Microsoft office applications. Training will be provided in the use of other school ICT systems. The Radclyffe School is a popular 11-16 maintained Foundation (Co-operative) Trust school in the Metropolitan Borough of Oldham. The Governing Body has direct responsibility for the employment of staff, its finances, the running of the school and the outcomes it achieves. It is a larger than average secondary school with 1500 mixed gender students on roll. The school is full in every year group.
