We are seeking to appoint an Admin Assistant to play a key role in supporting our secondary school to deliver a high-quality service. The successful candidate will have excellent experience in customer service dealing with pupils, parents and members of the community both face to face and via telephone addressing queries from a variety of sources. Working in a busy office environment, the post holder will provide a comprehensive administrative service to the school by maintaining office systems and diaries, collating pupil reports, attending meetings to take minutes and ensuring office machinery and stationery is ordered in accordance with purchasing procedures.
