Administrative Assistant job summary
Bishopswood School is a small special school for pupils aged 2 – 16 years with diverse and complex learning needs, who will bring a smile to your face every day! This friendly and supportive school has an inclusive ethos. The role is based at our Primary site in Sonning Common.
Required as soon as possible:
Vacancy for an Administrative Assistant, 18 hours a week, term time only. Flexible working hours to be across a Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
The Administrative Assistant post is an interesting, busy and varied role. As part of the office team you will assist in the efficient running of the school office and the school in general. The post requires experience in a busy office together with excellent ICT, interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills. A flexible approach is essential to support the office, headteacher and classroom staff and to meet the needs of the children and their parents. A good working knowledge of Office 365 is essential.
Salary: Grade 8, spinal point 18 to 23, £13.18 - £14.63 hourly rate; £25,419 to £28,226 pro rata.
