Chesterton Primary School is seeking a reliable, professional, and friendly Administrator to join our team on a part-time, permanent basis.
Job title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Chesterton Primary School
Contract: Permanent, Monday to Friday Mornings, 17.5 hours per week, 38 weeks per year
Salary:ALT Grade B Points 3-4 - £9,655.09-£9,731.02 – Annually, Actual

Key Responsibilities Includes:
- Providing general administrative support such as photocopying, data entry, and routine correspondence
- Managing incoming and outgoing post
- Assisting with the organisation of school events and visits, including hospitality arrangements
- Maintaining both manual and computerised records and information systems
What we are looking for:
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Proficiency in basic office systems (NVQ Level 2 or equivalent knowledge desirable)
- A calm, approachable, and professional manner
- A commitment to safeguarding and confidentiality
