An opportunity has arisen for a grade 5 Administrative Assistant at Holy Family Catholic Primary School.
Holy Family Catholic Primary School is an outstanding school. We pride ourselves on our consistently high standards and expect all our staff to share this commitment. The role of Administrative Assistant/Receptionist is central to the school’s communication and administrative support team.
This role is vital in the administrative team supporting the Executive Headteacher, Head of School, staff and pupils. You will work as part of a team providing excellent customer service to all visitors and enquires to our school. You will need to be motivated and enjoy working within a busy environment. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate a high level of competency in IT and excellent organisational skills. Experience of working in a similar environment is desirable but training will be provided.
