Administrative Assistant job summary

This post offers an excellent opportunity to join our administrative team and play a key role in supporting a wide variety of administrative areas across the school, including within the sixth form, the main reception and office, exams, data, and admissions. We would also like this postholder to take a central role in managing liaison with parents through the My Child At School and School Cloud systems.

This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-driven individual who thrives on working in a fast-paced environment, within a busy team and is committed to delivering high standards of service.

Previous experience of working in a school environment would be desirable, but not essential.

The role is being advertised at 20-25 hours per week in the first instance, and term time only. There is a degree of flexibility in how these hours can be worked over the week, which will be discussed in further detail at the interview stage.
