As our HR and Recruitment Team Leader, you'll be at the heart of delivering an outstanding people service across the Trust. Leading a dedicated HR and Recruitment team, you will help attract, recruit and support exceptional staff while ensuring our processes remain efficient, compliant and focused on delivering the best possible experience for candidates and colleagues. We're looking for someone who is organised and approachable, with the ability to lead by example, manage competing priorities and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

As our HR and Recruitment Team Leader, you will lead the delivery of a professional, responsive and compliant HR and recruitment service across the Trust. The role is responsible for overseeing recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring safer recruitment and Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE) compliance, maintaining high-quality employee records and workforce reporting, and providing expert HR support to schools and stakeholders. Working closely with school leaders and operational teams, you will play a key role in ensuring our people processes are efficient, effective and aligned with best practice, helping the Trust to attract, recruit and retain exceptional staff while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy, confidentiality and compliance.
