We are looking for an Administration Assistant to join our supportive and talented team at Kingsmead Academy. Working under the direction of senior staff, you will provide general administrative and clerical support across the academy, acting as a first point of contact for parents, students, visitors and external agencies. This is a varied role that combines reception responsibilities, pupil welfare support and essential administrative duties that contribute to the smooth running of the academy.

As the first point of contact for the academy, you will provide a professional and welcoming service to students, parents, visitors and external agencies, ensuring enquiries are handled efficiently and positively. You will play an important role in supporting student welfare and day-to-day academy operations, maintaining accurate records, managing communications and helping to ensure information is processed effectively and confidentially. • GCSE English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above, or equivalent qualifications) and a willingness to undertake relevant training where required.

This is an excellent opportunity for a committed, enthusiastic and hardworking individual who takes pride in delivering high-quality administrative support and contributing positively to academy life. If you thrive in a busy environment, enjoy working with people and are passionate about supporting young people to succeed, we would love to hear from you.
