Administrative Assistant job summary

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking and conscientious Administrative Assistant. Working as part of a busy office, you will provide admin support to the school, assisting in office operations and day to day enquiries via reception and on the telephone.

We are looking to appoint a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our friendly and hardworking team who:

  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills and can communicate confidently and appropriately with staff, pupils, parents and visitors
  • Has experience of dealing with the public
  • Has experience of working in administration
  • Is flexible and organised
  • Has excellent ICT skills
