What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking a highly professional and welcoming Administrator/Receptionist with excellent communication skills to join our busy school. As the first point of contact for parents, carers, pupils, staff and visitors, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and efficient front-of-house experience.

Working as part of the Administration Team, your responsibilities will include liaising with external agencies, supporting pupil first aid needs, and carrying out a range of routine clerical and administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the school.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong literacy and numeracy skills, alongside the ability to remain calm, organised and professional when managing a variety of situations. You will be self-motivated, approachable, and committed to delivering high-quality support in a fast-paced environment.
