Office Administrator – Round Hill Primary School
Type of vacancy: Permanent
Work pattern: Part Time. Term, Time Only
Number of hours to be worked per week: 15 hours per week. 8.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. on a Monday. 12.00 p.m to 4.00 p.m. on a Tuesday and Wednesday. Whilst these are the desired hours, the hours on a Tuesday and Wednesday may be negotiable.

We are seeking to appoint an Office Administrator to join our busy and friendly school office. We have the benefit of being a member of Equals Trust – a Multi-Academy Trust.
As part of Equals Trust you will have access to high quality professional development, collaborative working and a highly skilled, supportive and experienced team, including other local schools, across the Trust.
We are looking to appoint someone on a part time, term time only basis who has appropriate administration skills and ideally some experience of working in education, although this is not essential. We require a good standard of general education and GCSE qualifications or equivalent in English and Mathematics at Grade C or above. Verification of qualifications will be required before employment can commence. Experience and knowledge of working within a school environment and with Excel, Word and Arbor would be advantageous but not essential as we can give you all the training you need.
We are looking for someone who:
1. Has excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
2. Is fully ICT literate with extensive experience in Office 365.
3. Ability to organise and prioritise tasks.
4. Able to remain calm under pressure.
5. Ability to work effectively within a team and on your own initiative.
8. Has previous experience of working in a school environment (not essential).
9. Has a sense of humour.
10. Has a willingness to participate in the wider life of the school.
11. Enjoys and embraces dealing with face-to-face, electronic and telephone conversations.
