Administrative Assistant job summary
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Administrative Assistant to join our team.
This role will involve working across both South Milford (19.5 hours Monday, Tuesday and Wednesdays) and Kellington Primary Schools (7 hours- Thursday and Friday mornings), with the possibility of splitting the position for the right candidates.
Grade CD - point 3 -6
The ideal candidate will:
Deal with reception duties, answer calls, and handle inquiries.
Maintain and update records using both manual and computerised systems.
Assist with financial tasks, including inputting transactions and monitoring the school budget.
Support communication by interacting with staff, visitors, pupils and families, and organizing meetings.
Promote and safeguard the welfare of pupils in line with school policies.
