St Teresa’s is a one form entry, Catholic School situated in Cleveleys, on the Fylde Coast, north of Blackpool covering the parishes of St Teresa and St John Southworth.

We are seeking a highly organised, professional and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to join our school team.

As the first point of contact for many visitors, parents and pupils, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the school office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working in a busy environment and making a positive contribution to the school community.

The successful candidate will have:
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
- The ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively under pressure.
- A friendly, professional and approachable manner.
- Experience in an administrative role (school-based experience is desirable but not essential).
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.

Actual Salary: £12,315.00 to £13,126.00
Contract: Permanent, term time only plus 5 days
Hours: 20 per week
Start Date: 1st September 2026
