Administrative Assistant job summary
The
successfully candidate will deal with enquiries from parents/carers, staff, students, education
professionals and contractors in a courteous and professional manner. They will provide excellent customer service
and general administration support.
The role of and Administrative Assistant is varied and no two days in school life are the same. The successful candidate will be prepared to
work hard and respond positively to the requirements of the role - full duties are outlined in the attached job description.
They will
have a good work ethic, be calm, able to prioritise their workload and have the
ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
Relevant
experience of working in a school would be useful but training will be given as
required.
St Thomas' is a

You must be
able to support the distinctive Christian ethos of the school but you do not
have to be a practicing Christian.
