What skills and experience we're looking for
We’re looking for someone with good literacy and numeracy skills, strong communication and excellent interpersonal abilities. You should be organised, calm under pressure and able to manage changing priorities while meeting deadlines. Experience in administration or finance is essential, ideally within a school setting, along with confidence using Microsoft Office and school systems such as EdGen. You will be a supportive team player who builds positive relationships, treats others with respect, and is committed to safeguarding. A Level 2 qualification in Maths and English is required, with willingness to undertake first‑aid training.
