Administrative Finance Assistant - Maternity Cover
Hollymount School
35 hours per week, Mon - Friday 8.30 - 3.30pm
Term time only plus training days plus one week

We are seeking a Finance and Administration Assistant to work in our busy school office covering a maternity leave.
Job Purpose: To provide effective and efficient financial and administrative support to Hollymount School, with particular responsibility for day-to-day financial administration, purchasing and the parent payment system. The postholder will also form part of the school office team, providing a welcoming and professional first point of contact for parents, visitors, pupils and other stakeholders, and supporting the School Office Manager in the effective delivery of administrative services across the school.
