Administrative Office Manager job summary

We are seeking a highly organised, proactive and professional individual to join our team as an Office Manager, playing a pivotal role at the heart of our school. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to manage the day-to-day operations of a busy school office, ensuring efficient systems, high-quality administrative support and a welcoming environment for pupils, staff, parents and visitors.

Reporting to the Head of School and working closely with the Senior Leadership Team, the successful candidate will provide effective operational and administrative support across the school. You will lead administrative staff, oversee key systems including pupil data, HR administration and compliance processes, and ensure all office functions operate to the highest professional and safeguarding standards.

The Office Manager is integral to the smooth running of the school, supporting leadership, coordinating school operations, and ensuring that all administrative processes contribute to a safe, efficient and well-managed learning environment for the whole school community.
