Administrator and Attendance Office job summary
We are seeking a highly organised person to join our hardworking, successful office team, within Glen Park Primary School.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has exceptional communication skills to provide front of house service with with children, parents and staff.
- Has excellent time management, with the ability to meet deadlines and to prioritise tasks.
- Is organised and able to undertake administrative tasks
- To improve pupil attendance across the school by monitoring, recording and reproting attaedance data, working closely with parents/carers and staff to support good attendance.
- Has effective word processing, database and spreadsheet use, and understands the requirements of GDPR.
- Is able to deal with sensitive information with the ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
