Grade: Band C. Full time equivalent range: £24,702 - £27,334 per annum, actual salary £7,726 to £8,549 per annum

Contract: Fixed Term for 12 months. This is a term time contract which includes all Inset days for 39 weeks of the year.

Hours of Work: Part time, 13.5 hours per week, Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday. 09:30 – 14:30 to include a half hour unpaid break

Dorridge Primary School, a large three form entry, community Primary school with a nursery, would like to appoint an Administrator to join our friendly office team and provide administrative support within the school. Under the general direction of the Trust Primary Business Manager, the post holder will undertake a variety of administrative tasks.

The key responsibilities for this post include the following (a comprehensive job description is available):

Purchase and Sales Ledger processes, record and monitor school fund income and expenditure – all in line with Trust policies and procedures

Maintain letting agreements, raise invoices and deal with queries

Coordination of music lessons with the Music Service

School trips administration

Darby’s (wraparound care) income monitoring and reconciliation

ParentPay finance system monitoring, reporting and resolving queries

Human Resource administration, e.g. sickness absence recording, Single Central Record, recruitment processes and onboarding new employees, personnel filing.
