• helping maintain our staff portal and website content

• building positive relationships with colleagues, schools, external partners and more

• problem-solving and adapting quickly when priorities change - as they often do!

You’ll shine in this role if you bring:

• strong admin experience and excellent organisation skills

• confidence managing a varied, time sensitive workload

• great communication skills, written and verbal

• IT confidence across Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams

• a positive, solution focused attitude and ability to work independently

• commitment to confidentiality and safeguarding

• a full driving licence and access to a vehicle (travel required across trust sites)

What you can expect:

• you’ll be part of a friendly, supportive trust with a real sense of purpose, contributing to work that makes a difference across our school communities.

• we are helping you take care of your future with a pension contribution well above average.

• we are helping you take care of your family, by offering five paid care days (on a pro-rata basis).

• we are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment where everyone is valued and respected. We welcome applications from individuals of all backgrounds, cultures, and abilities. Our goal is to ensure that every pupil and staff member feels included and supported, encouraging a community where everyone can thrive together.

• we provide quality, ongoing professional development and network opportunities.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-moving environment, where no two days are the same. If you’re looking for a role that will keep you on your toes, challenge you, and give you the chance to make a meaningful contribution to the education sector, we’d love to hear from you.
