The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the confidence to communicate from people both internal and external to the academy. Experience of inputting data as well as an extensive knowledge of the Microsoft Office package is essential. Knowledge in the area of Special Educational Needs is desirable. Additionally, you will need to demonstrate the highest standards of accuracy and literacy, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work independently in a very busy school environment
