Brompton Academy is seeking an organised and proactive Administrator for Teaching & Learning to join our supportive and dedicated team. This is a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the Academy, helping teachers to focus on delivering exceptional learning experiences and ensuring students feel supported in their academic journey.
The Role
As the Administrator for Teaching & Learning, you will provide high-quality administrative support to staff .You will work closely with staff across departments to support our commitment to excellence in education.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support for Teaching & Learning initiatives
 - Monitoring shared inboxes and responding to email enquiries professionally and promptly
 - Managing printing and laminating requests for staff
 - Maintaining and updating notice boards, including liaising with staff for updates or repairs
 - Supporting wider administrative functions across the Academy as required
 
The Ideal Candidate
- Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail
 - Able to work efficiently in a busy and fast-paced environment
 - Strong IT skills (experience with Bromcom is an advantage, but not essential)
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 - A positive, professional and adaptable team player with a commitment to supporting staff and students
