Term-Time + 3 Training Days. Part Time 30 hours per week.

Monday, Tuesday and Friday 9:00am to 3:30pm, Wednesday 9:00am to 3:00pm and Thursday 9:00am to 4:00pm.

Are you an organised, proactive and people-focused administrator looking for a rewarding role at the heart of a school community?

We are seeking a School Administrator to join our team and play a key role in the smooth running of our busy primary school. This is a varied and rewarding position offering the opportunity to make a real impact across the school community.

You will provide high-quality administrative and operational support, managing key areas including pupil admissions and enrolment, Arbor, the School Census, OLFSM eligibility, nursery funding, academic year rollover processes and school meal balances. As a key user of Arbor, you will also have the opportunity to support new initiatives, helping to improve systems and enhance the experience of pupils, families and staff. Working closely with colleagues, pupils, parents, carers and external partners, you will help ensure our school operates efficiently while providing a professional and welcoming service to our community.

Through our pupil premium funding, we provide extensive support for pupils and families, including a larger pastoral team, an Inclusion Mentor, specialist music provision, educational visits and targeted interventions that enable children to thrive.
