Administrator/Receptionist job summary
At Tudor Grange Primary Academy Langley we have a vacancy for an organised, welcoming and efficient administrator who will provide a full reception service.
The ideal candidate will need to be able to work collaboratively with the wider administration team but be happy to be in reception working independently.
The main tasks include: - meeting and greeting parents and visitors, dealing with parent queries (telephone and email); receiving and distributing incoming post; preparing correspondence to parents and carers; managing first aid supplies, training records and report statistics as required to Health and Safety advisor.
The hours are term time only inclusive of inset days (39 weeks) 35 hours a week - 8.30am - 4pm Monday to Friday.
