Our Lady and All Saints Catholic Multi Academy Company (“the MAC”) was formed in April 2021 and comprises of 12 Catholic Primary Schools and 2 Catholic Secondary School across the Birmingham, Solihull, and Warwickshire areas.

Our Lady of Compassion is a welcoming school, where all staff work tirelessly and care hugely for our wonderful, well-behaved children. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Administrator to work at Our Lady of Compassion Catholic Primary School, part of Our Lady and All Saints MAC.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have experience of working within a Finance setting
  • Be organised and efficient in carrying out administrative tasks
  • Be proficient in dealing with face-to-face and telephone interactions
  • Have the necessary skills to work effectively and collaboratively within a team
  • Be organised, able to prioritise workloads and work under own initiative
  • Be a reflective and flexible practitioner
  • Bring vision, innovation and enthusiasm to the role
  • Be able to relate well to all stakeholders in being sympathetic to their needs
  • Work effectively with our staff team at Our Lady of Compassion
