The Role:
You’ll be the first point of contact for parents, carers, visitors, and other stakeholders, helping to ensure the smooth running of our school’s administrative, financial, and organisational processes. Your work will support the ethos, vision, and values of The Deepings School in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing records, updating the school calendar, and supporting staff
  • Handling enquiries at reception, both in person and by phone
  • Supporting attendance and safeguarding procedures
  • Assisting with communications, marketing, and financial administration

  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Commitment to confidentiality, safeguarding, and promoting equality
  • GCSE Grade 4 (C) in English & Maths (or equivalent)
