The successful candidate will need to be passionate about children’s learning, build strong relationships with colleagues and parents, and enjoy being part of our inclusive and nurturing school community. Working hours 3.15pm - 5pm, Monday to Friday.
We are seeking to appoint a Wraparound Club Worker who:
- Enjoys working with children
- Has a calm, caring and consistent manner at all times
- Is enthusiastic, positive and adaptable
- Is a good role model for pupils
- Actively engages with children through play
- Responds appropriately to pupils’ individual needs
- Promotes inclusion and will offer 1:1 support if needed
- Is able to supervise and support pupils to ensure their safety
- High expectations of behaviour
- Is flexible and a good team player, committed to working collaboratively
- Will set up and cook simple meals
- Will support children with eating
- Initiate activities for children in breakfast and after school club
