Alternative Provision Co-ordinator job summary

We’re recruiting! Callington Community College is looking for an inspiring Alternative Provision Coordinator to lead our On‑Site Direction HUB and support some of our most vulnerable learners. If you’re calm, resilient, and passionate about helping young people with additional needs or challenging behaviour to succeed, this is a role where you can make a real impact every day. You’ll work closely with our Inclusion team, coordinate personalised support, and help students build confidence, skills and positive futures.
