  • the ability to relate well to children and adults,
  • good numeracy, literacy skills and keyboard skills,
  • effective use of specialist ICT packages,
  • the ability to self-evaluate learning needs and actively seek learning opportunities, and
  • the ability to work successfully as a team member establishing effective working relationships and flexible working practices
