Children, young people and families practitioner
32.5 hours per week, term time plus one week
Apprenticeship Grade: £10.85 to £12.71 per hour

We are seeking a caring and understanding Children, young people and families practitioner to join our hard-working and committed staff team. The role will involve supporting the Family Support Worker, working closely with vulnerable children, young people and families to bring about positive, lasting changes in their lives.
This is a Level 4 apprenticeship with Realise Learning & Employment. Throughout the programme, you’ll gain practical experience working with children, young people and their families. You’ll develop the skills needed to plan and deliver effective interventions and support children and young people to achieve their full potential.. The typical length of the course is approximately 21 months.
