This is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to begin a career in education, gaining valuable experience while working towards a Level 3 apprenticeship qualification.

You will support groups of children with a range of needs, working closely with teaching staff to help pupils access learning and develop confidence in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Training will take place both online and within the school environment, allowing you to apply your learning in practice. You will receive regular training throughout the apprenticeship, combining on-the-job experience with structured online learning.

Training will be delivered by Best Practice Network, a specialist provider for Teaching Assistant apprenticeships. The programme is structured through core curriculum modules and additional specialist support areas such as SEND, behaviour, and one-to-one and group support. You will receive dedicated one-to-one guidance from an experienced apprenticeship tutor, with progress reviews and support sessions taking place approximately every 6 weeks, either online or in person.
