As an apprentice, you’ll work closely with our Early Years Lead and Senior Early Years Educators to deliver high‑quality learning experiences, support children’s development, and help create a welcoming, inclusive space where families feel valued. You’ll gain hands‑on experience in planning activities, observing children’s progress, supporting individual needs and contributing to a stimulating indoor and outdoor learning environment.

This role is ideal for someone who is caring, proactive and eager to learn within a supportive, child‑centred setting.
If you’re passionate about making a difference for young children and excited to begin your early years journey, we’d love to hear from you.
