Apprentice Information Communications Technician (ICT) job summary
We have a vacancy for an Apprentice Information Communications Technician to join the ICT Department at Frome College.
The successful candidate will work towards achieving a Level 3 Information Communications Technician qualification, whilst gaining valuable hands-on training and experience within the workplace.
The role involves providing IT support for staff and students:
• Ensuring services are maintained
• Providing general IT support
• Provide IT solutions in response to helpdesk requests
• Assist with installation, set up and maintenance of hardware and software
• Additional ICT setup and support for exams, assemblies, and other college events
• Maintain ICT inventory
