Apprentice Office Administrator job summary

Scientia Academyhas an exciting opportunity for an individual to join the school and REAch2 Academy Trust as an apprentice Office Administrator, to study for a Customer Service Level 2 pratitioner qualification. The office administrator supports the office coordinator to ensure the daily administration and smooth running of the school office. The office is the hub of the school where a wide range of demands need to be met to a very high professional standard. This role will be the first point of contact for parents, carers, volunteers, contractors and other members of the community, as well as governors, staff, and pupils.

This role is offered on a 15 month fixed term contract, to allow time to complete the apprenticeship. It is expected that the successful candidate will progress to the permanent office administrator role and salary upon completion of the apprenticeship.
