We are looking for:
We are looking for an Apprentice Receptionist / Administrator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic about developing their skills in administration and customer service within a busy school environment. You will be the first point of contact for staff, students, and visitors, managing enquiries in person, by telephone, and via email. Responsibilities include reception duties, handling communications, maintaining accurate records, and providing general administrative support.
The successful candidate will have a good general education, including English and Maths, and a willingness to work towards a relevant Level 2 or 3 qualification. Strong communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively, and a positive, flexible attitude are essential. Familiarity with basic IT systems and a commitment to learning are also important.
