Apprentice Teaching Assistant
32.5 hours per week, term time plus one week
Apprenticeship Grade: £10.85 to £12.71 per hour

We are seeking a caring and understanding Teaching Assistant Apprentice to join our hard-working and committed staff team. The role will involve working with and supporting the children in lessons in class, some group work and helping supervise during playtime and lunchtime.
This is a Level 3 Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship with Realise Learning & Employment. You’ll be working under the close supervision of a teacher, supporting and helping children and young people to learn. One of our specialist trainers will help you every step of the way to learn and progress ready for end point assessment. The typical length of the course is approximately 18 months.
The school, which sits at the heart of a growing community, opened in September 2018 and is situated on the edge of Norwich’s northern ring road. We initially opened with a Reception Class and grew to include our first Year 6 cohort in September 2024.
