St. George’s Primary School is seeking two enthusiastic Apprentice Teaching Assistant to join our talented team in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, where we are all very ambitious for all children to achieve and become the best they can be.  

Our primary aim is for every child to achieve their full potential, both academically and socially. We want our pupils to thrive, feel safe, and be happy within our school environment; as an Apprentice Teaching Assistant, you will work collaboratively to support this.  

 

Successful applicants will: 

  • Possess a willingness to improve communication skills when working with kids 
  • Be receptive to receiving guidance and support. 
  • Be willing to develop a self-reflective approach to their own practices, seeking ways to improve and enhance understanding. 
  • Have the ability to uphold and develop a high level of professionalism 
  • Be committed to excellent attendance.  
  • Develop as an active learner by taking ownership of their professional development and academic progress, managing their time to meet both job-related and apprenticeship obligations is crucial.
