We are looking for a passionate, experienced and dedicated SENDCo to join our growing Trust, which is dedicated to developing flourishing communities, and centred around our values of collaboration, humility, respect, inclusion, stewardship and trust.
This is an exciting opportunity to join St Christopher's Multi Academy Trust as the SENDCO for two of our Mid Devon and Exeter Schools:
- Tidcombe Primary School and Nursery (in Tiverton) is currently led by a long-standing and proficient Head. It is dedicated to embracing the arts and physical education, to deliver a rich curriculum entwined with day trips, sports and a wide range of extra-curricular activities.
- St Sidwell’s Primary School and Nursery (in Exeter) is an inclusive city-centre school with a high proportion of pupils with English as an Additional Language. The highly-skilled staff and leadership teams focus on developing the whole-child in a well-equipped modern setting.
If you are someone who can demonstrate a calm and patient demeanour, who is committed to helping young people achieve their full potential then we would be really interested in hearing from you. You will have had previous experience in working with children in similar settings and be able to effectively communicate with adults and children alike.
