What skills and experience we're looking for

The successful candidate will be thoroughly committed to community regeneration through education; be professionally generous and be prepared to focus relentlessly on teaching, learning, the curriculum and ethos.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate significant evidence in whole-school transformation leading directly to outstanding outcomes for SEND pupils. They must be able to evidence exceptional leadership as well as exemplary practice as a classroom practitioner.
