The successful candidate will need to:
Ø Be an outstanding leader, who is passionate about developing teachers at all stages of their careers to ensure the highest quality teaching and learning
Ø Have excellent leadership, inter-personal and organisational skills with the ability to lead and inspire staff with confidence.
Ø Have a track record of improving attainment and achievement through implementing effective assessment, monitoring and tracking procedures.
Ø Have a commitment to giving all children equal access and opportunity to all areas of the curriculum.
Ø Have a commitment to working collaboratively with colleagues, parents and governors.

This role will involve leading and inspiring staff across the school as well as leading your own team of staff within Key Stage 2. This will be a teaching role.

Salisbury Pirmary School is a successful 3 form entry school with over 500 pupils on roll, situated in an area of high social deprivation in the London Borough of Newham. Our community is rich in culture and diversity, enabling our pupils to develop an understanding of the different faiths and beliefs in a multi-cultural society.
The school site consits of four buildings, our main teaching area is housed in a Victorian building, full of history and character.
