About the role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Head of Year to join our team at Neale-Wade Academy. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the development of our pupils, while contributing to the overall ethos and success of the academy.

As an Assistant Head of Year, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding pastoral care for the pupils of Neale-Wade Academy, which involves emotional and academic support for young people, whilst supporting the Head of Year dealing with issues and concerns which occur.

Working pattern: Monday to Thursday 08:00 – 16:00, Friday 08:15 – 15:45
