As a significant member of the Academy Leadership Team, the Associate Assistant Headteacher works in partnership with the Head of School in defining and articulating the vision and values for the School and then implements this through their actions. They are committed to ‘improving outcomes and transforming lives’ and the four critical questions.
- Ensure your moral purpose is known and understood by all, lead by example and ensure that you have students at the heart of your decision making.
- Be restless and aware of new ideas, have a detailed overview and understanding of data, ensure intervention is implemented clearly and with precision.

This is an exciting opportunity for a diligent and self-motivated individual who can join our team as a high performing Assistant Head Teacher. The Ravensbourne School is a large and truly unique 11-19 school, set in the heart of Bromley. There are 1500 students, with 440 students in Post 16. Some of the buildings are Grade II listed, dating back to 1911 whilst other additions are more recent. The buildings, coupled with the extensive 22-acre grounds, make up elegant and inspiring surroundings.
